Job Responsibilities:
• Search, contact, and screen CDL drivers
• Match candidates with suitable U.S. trucking companies
• Maintain candidate database and track progress
• Communicate with clients and follow up on hiring needs

Requirements:
• Excellent English (spoken and written)
• Great communication skills and attention to detail
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Experience in recruiting or trucking industry is a plus
